You may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected.

Return Eligibility
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all parts originally included to qualify for a refund (please do not modify the product in any way). Knives must have the factory edge and no scratches. After the 30 days or if the product is in used condition then the manufacturer warranties apply. We will assist in getting your knife to and from the manufacturers for repairs, sharpening, etc.

The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

  • Clearance Items
  • Gift Certificates
  • Personalized Items

How To Return An Item

     1. Email Us At:, mention your order number, and request to return the item

     2. We will email back a paid shipping label for return

     3. You package the item with a note to let us know your contact information

     4. We credit the account you used to purchase the item within 24 hours

Gift Returns
No need to let the gift giver know about the return; we are happy to issue store credit equivalent to the merchandise total directly to you! To process a gift return simply return the item and let us know the name the order was placed under, the shipping tracking number or the order number. Then, follow the instructions above under "How To Return An Item"
